Don’t forget to organize your stored belongings

While this unit is spacious and easy to get in and out of with the doors on either side of the unit. When unloading the moving truck make sure to label your belongings and strategically place them. Creating a path or aisleway is key so finding boxes and other items don’t take a full day to find.

What Size of Moving Truck Is Needed for a 10×40 Storage Unit?

For a 10×40 storage unit, we would recommend a 26-foot moving truck from U-Haul. Any smaller moving truck will result in added trips which will take you longer and increase the cost of your rental.
